Consultation
Every new client begins their journey with an initial consultation—it's the first step toward exploring how we can support you on your path to mental wellness. During this session, we’ll discuss your unique needs, goals, and how our services can best align with your journey toward improved well-being.
Talk Session
These sessions offer a dedicated space for you to talk through what's on your mind and receive compassionate support. Our Mental Health and Wellness Consultant will be there to listen and offer guidance as you navigate your experiences.
Mental Health and Wellness Session
In these sessions, we'll work closely together within a structured framework to understand your individual needs and create a personalized plan to help you achieve specific wellness goals. We may also explore the potential benefits of natural supplements to support your overall well-being.

New Client Resources

All new clients start by booking a consultation. During the consultation we will determine which session type is best for you moving forward.

MHW sessions are structured and aimed at a particular concern such as anxiety, stress, ADHD etc. Where as a talk session is guided by what you want to address during that session and the topic can change from session to session.

At least 48 hours before your consultation it is important that you fill out the new client forms, make your payment, and complete the pre-consult questionnaire. These items can be found under new client resources.

At this time we are only seeing adults 18 years and older. However, that may change in the future.

Currently Insight is only offering virtual appointments via Google Meets.
